Brittany Mahomes is showing off her home team.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model showed off an adorable glimpse of father-son bonding time, posting a photo of her husband Patrick Mahomes dozing off on the couch as their son, 21-month-old Bronze, sat on the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback’s lap and stared into the camera.
Alongside the Sept. 25 Instagram Story post, Brittany jokingly called the sweet snap, “The best picture I have ever taken.”
Patrick is sure to be getting his rest during the final months as a dad of two as he and Brittany, who also share daughter Sterling Skye, 3, will soon welcome baby No. 3. They shared the sweet news with a video from a family photoshoot, captioning the joint July Instagram post, “Round three, here we come.”
Later that month, the duo, both 29, shared a video from their baby’s sex reveal party, showing Sterling playing a giant game of Tic Tac Toe. The toddler uncovered three pink X’s in a row, signifying a little girl was on the way.
Amid the pregnancy, Brittany has also been candid about how the NFL star has helped her block out criticism.
“He always told me to stop caring what people think, especially the people that don't even know you,” she explained on the Whoop podcast in August. “I think social media used to get to me a lot and now, honestly, I don't give a f--k what people have to say about me anymore.”
“I think he's helped me get to that point to where I'm strong in who I am, I'm confident in who I am, I'm confident in mine and his relationship,” she continued. “I'm confident in our life, so why does what other people say have to matter at all?”
As for expanding their growing family even further, it seems Patrick has already made up his mind. At a Chiefs press conference in July, he told reporters, “I'm done. I'll say that. I said three and I'm done.”
