Ali Wong and Bill Hader's relationship has been the talk of the town this awards season.
Wong and Hader shared a sweet kiss at the Emmys Monday night after she won the award for best lead actress in a limited series/TV movie for "Beef," which also took home the award for best limited series.
The "Beef" star opened up about their "selectively private" relationship with Access Hollywood after the ceremony, telling the outlet, "We've been together for a minute, so it's like I guess people didn't know were together, but it's just also like, we're both in our 40s and parents, so yeah."
The comedian and actress shares daughters Mari, 8, and Nikki, 6, with ex-husband Justin Hakuta to whom she was married from 2014 to 2022. Meanwhile, Hader has three daughters — Hannah, 14, Harper, 11, and Hayler Clementine, 9 — with ex-wife Maggie Carey from 2006 to 2017.
Wong, 41, and Hader, 45, have reportedly been dating since April 2023 after briefly giving romance a try in the fall of 2022, according to People and Entertainment Tonight.

The "Don Wong" standup comedian has been on a roll with her wins this award season at both the 2024 Golden Globes and 2024 Critics Choice Awards — and with each win, the "Barry" creator and star has been next to her giving a sweet smooch before Wong takes the stage.

At the Globes, Hader was nominated for best performance by a male actor in a musical or comedy for his role in "Barry," which ended in 2023 after four seasons. Hader and Wong seemed to confirm their relationship with a kiss after the mom-of-two won best actress in a limited series for her role in "Beef."
Wong gave a shout-out to her ex-husband during her acceptance speech at the Globes. "I really need to thank the father of my children and my best friend, Justin, for all of your love and support," she said. "It’s because of you that I’m able to be a working mother."
