Are Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Kylie Jenner all in a new Alexander Wang ad?

At first glance, it could appear that four of the biggest stars — Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Kylie Jenner — are all featured in Alexander Wang's latest social-media campaign. Instead, the company relied on four celebrity lookalikes to market a new version of one of its handbags.
The fashion company posted to their Instagram May 20 to promote the rerelease of the 2010s Rocco handbag, which is now relaunched as the Ricco — a "100% certified authentic" bag, which came back in stock May 22.
Most surprisingly though, the company hired doppelgängers of the superstars to unbox the studded bag as a voiceover runs through a list its features and functions.
The post generated many different reactions from fans, with some users writing off the advertisement as lighthearted and funny, and others taking the time to share their concerns.
One user wrote, "Marketing team needs a raise," while another commented, "Is the message that your bags are cheap knockoffs?"

It's unclear how the video resonates with any of the superstars. Ashley Leechin, who goes by @itsjustashley13 is featured as Swift's doppelgänger. Taylor Madison — @taylormadisonofficial on social media — is the lookalike for Jenner in the campaign and Paige Niemann (@paigeniemann) is the lookalike for Grande.
USA TODAY Network reached out to Alexander Wang for comment.
Of course, Beyoncé, who recently released her eighth studio album "Cowboy Carter," and Swift, who is currently in the middle of her Eras Tour, are having a massive year.
Grande released her seventh studio album, "Eternal Sunshine," in March. Meanwhile, Jenner and her famous family returned for a Season 5 of "The Kardashians" this month, which features her business ventures.
Alexander Wang has history of working with big names in Hollywood, despite being at the center of controversy tied to sexual assault allegations against the designer in 2020. Recently, Ice Spice teamed up with the brand for its spring 2024 campaign, as did Naomi Campbell for Wang's resort 2024 campaign.
